SUMMARY
Ensure quality “pre-sale” and “after-sale” support and services to meet the demanding needs of potential and current TMA clients operating or planning to implement TMA software solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES

  • Provides the highest-level of services related to pre-implementation, training and consulting services for potential and existing clients.
  • Works in conjunction with all TMA departments to provide the highest-level of products and services possible.
  • Provides support for existing TMA clients.
  • Defines the scope of transitioning the current data (if available) and defines a project schedule to ensure a smooth implementation of the TMA software solution for their environment.
  • Assists client in implementing the TMA software solution within their organization.
  • Assists the client in understanding the TMA product so they can assess the structure of the set up for the most effective use of the software. 
  • Ensures clients can successfully and efficiently use the TMA software upon completion of implementation.
  • Determines what level of Training is necessary and required.
  • Provides direction and management of the implementation project as defined in the project scope.
  • Coordinates and enforces systems, policies and procedures set out by the Management Team and Shareholders of the Company. 
  • Assists with the research of opportunities and elimination of problems; designing and executing programs and processes.
  • Participates in the development of new or improved products and ideas that can push TMA to becoming a leading software developer.
  • Assists in the Quality Assurance Testing of Software.
  • Escalates client issues properly and promptly to ensure client retention.
  • Makes sure suggestions for enhancements to the product are logged on behalf of clients and communicated to the client as to their inclusion, or reasons for non-inclusion, in future releases of the TMA software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

No supervisory/management authority.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge of TMA software and ancillary products.
  • Ability to build strong relations with major customers.
  • Ability to maintain open and positive communication with TMA clients and associates.
  • Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, which

includes, customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services and

evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Advanced knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, principles and procedures of software implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and computer skills.
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidence and integrity while

directly dealing with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to produce results and think strategically.
  • Ability to present creative concepts and media strategies to internal and external

customers.
