TMA Systems seeks a IT Help Desk Admin that will be highly skilled and a very hands-on individual, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This team is responsible for providing technical support to all users by supporting PCs, printers, business applications, and telephone systems to ensure availability and usability for the TMA Systems staff. This position also manages PC/Software deployment and assists in maintaining the network infrastructure, servers, security, and works with the Network Administrator on system enhancements, implementations and upgrades to optimize business applications. Preference will be given to individuals with previous technical support experience (or relevant education/training). TMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
