Once the online registration form is submitted on our website, you will receive an email from our UC registration coordinator with payment instructions.

Absolutely! The more the merrier! If you are needing to pay for a group on a single invoice, please contact our registration coordinator at and we will update your invoice.

This year, we are taking full advantage of the Guidebook application. We encourage you to download the app in advance of attending and set your session agenda for the week. You will be notified of upcoming sessions, prompted to submit session reviews and keep track of your contacts within the app.

TMA will notify registered conference attendees via email when the Guidebook application is available for download.

Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before March 1, 2022 will receive a full refund of the conference registration fee.

Registrations cancelled after March 1, 2022 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations received after April 1, 2022 will be refunded at the discretion of TMA, less any expenses incurred by TMA.  For cancellations, please notify us via e-mail at
