Due to the nature of free online events, we are limiting registration to 1,000 participants; one registration guaranteed for each client and we will fill in with additional requests as space allows. If more users within an organization would like to view sessions, our virtual conference platform allows for wireless screenplay. This enables the registrant to seamlessly play the live session onto a large TV, so each organization can gather to gain WebTMA knowledge and even partake in the interactive Q&A.

You will receive an email from our conference coordinator to confirm your acceptance and provide you with directions about how to log into the platform. There will also be direction on how to begin setting up your profile, signing up for sessions and managing your calendar for the week.
There will be an internal IT person on the conference platform with a chatbox as well as TMA Systems IT support. We will do our best to handle any needs that arise.

Your username and password will be unique, but you will be able to share live in your office through the capabilities of the platform. Using wireless screenplay, the registrant can seamlessly play the live session from their computer onto a large screen in a conference room or large office. This allows each organization the ability to gather and gain WebTMA knowledge and participate in the interactive Q&A. After sessions have ended, recordings can be accessed within the Training Materials section of the TMA Customer Portal. We understand that a virtual event is very different from an in-person conference; however, there are a number of features within this application that are exciting and beneficial to grow your knowledge of our products. Included in the functionality of this platform, you can set your session agenda in advance with meeting reminders sent directly to your calendar and schedule video meetings with our team members. We encourage you to sign into the platform as soon as you receive your registration confirmation, set up your profile up, and dig around.
Within our virtual conference platform, you can find the profile of TMA Sales Team members. From there, you can connect and schedule virtual Q&A’s, demos, and meetings throughout conference week.
