The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (JFKC) is a trust of the U.S. Government and a living Presidential memorial.  JFKC fulfills its obligation as a living memorial to the late President, the presentation of performing arts programming, and through education activities both in the District of Columbia and around the country.  The largest cultural facility of its kind, it is the nation’s busiest arts facility presenting more than 2,000 performances each year.

WebTMA is being utilized for the ongoing maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility under the responsibility of the Facilities Management department.  Furthermore, Facilities Management staff use WebTMA to plan and manage daily activities of personnel and subcontractors in support of their work.

As part of the project, TMA provided professional design and consultation services that reviewed and analyzed the needs of JFKC users and facilities management practices.  Project tasks included the development of business requirements documents, recommended software configuration, and implementation strategies based on best industry practices, and the execution of a comprehensive adoption and rollout of WebTMA.
