The new system is viewed as an important tool that has enhanced both country’s technicians’ productivity by allowing them to more effectively manage their work order and preventive maintenance programs.
University of Nevada, Las Vegas
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) wanted to upgrade their Management System for the Facilities Management Department. After an exhaustive search, they purchased TMA in May 2001 as their system-wide solution.
QuikTrip Corporation
In 2009, QuikTrip selected TMA Systems to replace their existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The existing system did not meet their needs and could not be supported because of the internal customizations that were necessary to meet their organization’s needs and demands.
Georgia Institute of Technology
In 2017, Georgia Institute of Technology announced they had selected WebTMA’s Custodial module to replace their existing custodial software. Banner Health has 24 hospitals, six long-term care centers, and an array of other service facilities, including family clinics, home care services, and home medical equipment services, in eight western states.

Bank of America was looking for a system to account for assets at more than 1,000 locations worldwide. In 2004, they determined a Web-based solution that could be accessed from locations throughout the world would meet their needs in the most effective manner possible.
UnityPoint Health
UnityPoint Health, one of the nation’s highest ranked nonprofit health systems, made the decision to implement WebTMA because this mission-critical application provided a total solution that could be embraced by both Facilities Operations and Clinical Engineering. Aramark – Chicago Public Schools
The decision by Chicago Public Schools to expand their use of WebTMA outside the Aramark managed facilities was driven by the success they were achieving with Aramark. The new system provided an important tool in enhancing workers’ productivity throughout the system by allowing Chicago Public Schools to more effectively manage their custodial operations.
Orange County North Carolina
In 2017, Orange County selected WebTMA as their new CMMS for their Public Works Department. The County utilizes WebTMA for online work requests, managing their preventive maintenance program, and to gain better control over their in-house inventory. The driving force for the selection was that WebTMA was secure, scalable, and accessible from multiple platforms, and integrated well with their existing business applications.
American Airlines
In 2001, American Airlines determined that they wanted a more robust solution for managing the maintenance operations of the American Repair Centers. In 2019, American entered into a contract for WebTMA to manage all the facilities maintenance operations including their airport facilities.
San Francisco Golden Gate State Park
The City & County of San Francisco was looking for a Maintenance Management Product that could meet the diverse demands of Golden Gate Park. In 2003, they chose WebTMA to manage the maintenance operations of their premier park.
Aerospace Corporation
Aerospace Corporation made the decision to utilize WebTMA for managing their facilities because of the ability to have access to critical information on a real-time basis. In addition, the BIM interface provided them with the ability to easily migrate data from their drawings.
The John F. Kennedy Center
In 2018, TMA Systems installed WebTMA at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. WebTMA is being used by the center for work process management throughout all their operations. The system has focused on providing management with the data they need to make timely and informed decisions.
New York Department of Environmental Conservation
