TULSA, OK, April 30, 2020 – Saint Paul Public Schools recently selected WebTMA as their new CMMS for the school district. They will use the application across all campuses and schools.
Jacky Henes of Saint Paul Public Schools stated, “The key requirements in a replacement system for our previous CMMS was that the system be capable of tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, scheduled inspections, fleet maintenance, key control, equipment tracking, inventory, facility planning, project management, labor hours, building work history. In addition, it needed to provide reporting that would include detailed information on work history at each building location.” The WebTMA solution will accomplish all of these requirements for the school district.
John Swofford, Director of Sales at TMA Systems, stated, “Our longstanding and successful reputation with other K-12 school districts proved that TMA could effectively perform the job for Saint Paul Public Schools. We appreciate their confidence in our organization.”
