User Conference shuttles will run between Tulsa International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Tulsa on Monday for arriving guests and on Friday for departures. Please send your travel itinerary to UC2020@tmasystems.com so that we can make certain we accommodate your arrival.

The registration fee is fully refundable up to seven (7) days prior to the Conference or transferable up to the start of the Conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to:

TMA is happy to include your guest in the User Conference festivities. Guest registration cost is $150.00 per guest and includes meals and access to evening events only.
Look for the UC20 Information Desk on the Lower Level of the Conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Our staff will provide you with your registration badge, information packet, and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We recommend business casual dress for our day and evening events. The average high should be 72 degrees, with evenings and early mornings normally being a little cool. You might want to bring a light jacket.
