The Gathering Place is a 66.5-acre riverside park that is a valued natural community space for the citizens of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Challenges

The client needed a way to better quantify its labor needs and figure out where its budgets were going. Since this was a public park with multiple assets spaced out over a large area, its management team needed to be able to effectively allocate resources where they were needed the most.
