UnityPoint Health Implements WebTMA for Facilities Operations and Clinical Engineering

TULSA, OK, December 5, 2013 – UnityPoint Health, one of the nation’s highest ranked nonprofit health systems, recently implemented WebTMA as their new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).  WebTMA will be utilized by both Facilities Operations and the Clinical Engineering departments.

The primary reason WebTMA was selected by UnityPoint was that the application provided a total solution that could be embraced by users as a positive change to their day-to-day duties. WebTMA met UnityPoint’s objective because of its ease-of-use, as well as other technical specifications UnityPoint Health required in a CMMS.  The new system is viewed as a mission critical tool that will enhance their technicians’ productivity by allowing UnityPoint to more effectively manage their work order and preventive maintenance programs, equipment work history, and compliance records for regulatory agencies.

Mike Koenig, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of TMA Systems, stated, “Our strong reputation with Clinical Engineering and Facilities proved that TMA could effectively perform the job for UnityPoint Health. We appreciate their confidence in our organization.”
